Executive Team
Alex brings more than a decade of experience investing and operating in enterprise software and emerging technologies, with a focus on AI-driven applications. At Touchdown Ventures, he led the firm’s enterprise SaaS investing, backing transformative companies that applied AI to specific verticals. Earlier in his career, Alex worked in private equity and M&A at various private and listed companies, including Estee Lauder Companies (NYSE: EL), Virgin Management, UBS, and Morgan Stanley. Alex holds degrees from The Wharton School (UPenn) and Columbia Business School.
Michael is a seasoned financial and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience bridging traditional finance and digital assets. He previously held senior leadership roles at CIBC World Markets and BMO, and managed a $100M venture fund. In 2016, he founded one of the early blockchain-based digital asset funds, gaining a firsthand perspective on the evolutions of both digital assets and AI.
Andrew is an engineering and product leader with a decade of experience at the forefront of digital assets and AI-powered infrastructure. His background spans cybersecurity at Deloitte within the financial services sector, and telecom, where he built distributed networks for video streaming. Andrew holds a BASc in Computer Engineering and an MBA through the exclusive Skoll BASc/MBA program at the University of Toronto, endowed by eBay’s first president.
